Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% charge of the service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service total. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing our time together.

All services are non-refundable. I am committed to providing professional, customized services and want every guest to feel confident and happy with their results.

If you have a concern about your service, please contact me directly within 14 days of your appointment. As your stylist I will work with you to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, determine the best course of action to adjust or refine the service.

Because every color service is customized to the individual’s hair history, condition, and desired result, any adjustments must be discussed and completed with the original stylist.  I am are unable to offer refunds in place of service adjustments.
